Cabin rental rates.
The Fullerton Chapter of the Izaak Walton League has been a proud sponsor of outdoor education and conservation in the local community. Your rental fees help support these efforts. Rates are billed hourly per the groups below.
Group 1
$44
per hour
- Fullerton based individuals, non-profit organizations, public school districts, or government agencies (address verification required)
- Verification of 501c(3) federal non-profit status required (if applicable)
Group 2
$54
per hour
- Fullerton based businesses, private schools, or other Fullerton based organizations not listed in Group 1 (address verification required)
- Non-Fullerton based non-profits, public school districts, or government agencies
- Verification of 501c(3) federal non-profit status required (if applicable)
Group 4
$94
per hour
- Individuals, businesses, or organizations using the space to conduct profit-oriented or fundraising activities
- Minimum rental time is 4 hours.
- Facility-provided tables and chairs are available for an additional fee of $50 per event day.
- All reservations require a signed rental agreement.
- Payments are due as follows:
- 50% of the rental fees are due at the time of booking.
- The remaining 50% of fees are due 30 days prior to the event date.
- All reservations require a refundable security/damage deposit, which is due 30 days prior to the event date.
Rentals must adhere to conditions of use, including:
- Max occupancy of 100 people
- The possession and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages, drugs, or narcotics are prohibited at Hillcrest Park.
- No cooking or open flames are permitted inside the cabin
- All other policies, rules, and regulations as stipulated in the rental agreement (to be furnished upon request).
- Noise ordinances, as per Fullerton Municipal Code 15.90
